About the Role
We’re looking for a Technical Product Manager to help shape and drive the development of our stablecoin and real-world asset (RWA) tokenization products. This is a hands-on role that will work closely with engineering, compliance, and marketing teams. You’ll help bridge business goals with technical execution, collaborate with smart contract developers, integrate oracles, and support transparency and reserve systems. The ideal candidate has a strong grasp of blockchain infrastructure, understands token mechanics, and is comfortable operating in regulated and fast-evolving environments.

Responsibilities
  • Define and execute the product roadmap for stablecoin and RWA tokenization products
  • Translate business requirements into technical specifications for blockchain and smart contract development
  • Work closely with the engineering team to design and deliver token issuance, redemption, and reserve management systems
  • Oversee and manage oracle integrations (e.g., Chainlink), proof-of-reserve, and transparency dashboards
  • Collaborate with compliance and legal teams to ensure regulatory alignment (MAS, SEC, MiCA, etc.)
  • Lead end-to-end product lifecycle, including testing, assisting with audits, and incident response processes
We Are Looking For Someone Who
  • 3+ years of product management / technical program management / software engineering in fintech, crypto, or DeFi
  • Strong understanding of the characteristics of different blockchains, smart contracts, and token standards (ERC‑20, ERC‑4626, etc.)
  • Experience with stablecoins, RWA tokenization, or digital asset custody/settlement
  • Familiar with DeFi protocols, liquidity management, and oracle integrations
  • Strong analytical, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills
  • Knowledge of APIs, RPCs, and cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP)
