About the Role
We seek an experienced Senior Product Manager to lead product strategy and execution of our blockchain-based platform. This is a hands-on, strategic role that sits at the intersection of traditional finance and Web3 innovation, managing the full product lifecycle for tokenized RWA, DeFi integrations, and digital asset infrastructure products.
You will own product roadmaps, translate complex business and regulatory requirements into technical specifications, and drive end-to-end delivery of blockchain-based financial products. This high-impact role involves direct involvement in product decisions and technical discussions, with collaboration across engineering, operations, compliance, risk, regulatory, and marketing teams—both internally and with external vendors and service providers.

Responsibilities
Product Strategy And Roadmap
- Define and execute product vision and strategy across blockchain-deployed financial services and DeFi applications
- Develop comprehensive, data-driven roadmaps balancing business objectives, technical feasibility, and regulatory compliance
- Identify market opportunities in tokenized assets, stablecoins, DeFi integrations, and digital asset custody
- Conduct competitive analysis and establish KPIs to measure product success and user adoption
Technical Leadership And Delivery
- Translate business requirements into detailed technical specifications for blockchain and smart contract development
- Lead end-to-end product cycles from ideation through launch
- Design and deliver token issuance, redemption, and reserve management systems; smart contract integrations and token standard implementations; and multi-blockchain deployment strategies
- Oversee product testing, code audits, and quality assurance, including assisting with smart contract security audits and management of incident response
- Own oracle integrations (e.g., Chainlink), proof-of-reserve mechanisms, transparency dashboards, and reserve attestation systems
Cross Functional Collaboration
- Facilitate alignment across all departments ensuring clear communication of product strategy
- Drive engagements with Risk, Compliance, Operations, and Marketing to align regulatory requirements, customer support, settlement workflows, product positioning, and go-to-market strategies
- Manage relationships with external vendors, service providers, custodians, and infrastructure partners
Product Quality And Governance
- Establish product governance frameworks addressing security, compliance, and operational risk
- Define and monitor security requirements for token mechanisms, custody solutions, and data integrity
- Oversee liquidity management strategies for DeFi products and reserve asset requirements
We Are Looking For Someone Who
Professional Experience
- Minimum 6 years of product management, technical program management, or software engineering in fintech, cryptocurrency, or DeFi environments with a demonstrated track record leading complex, cross-functional product initiatives from conception to market launch. Proven ability to work in fast-paced, regulated, and technically sophisticated environments
Technical Expertise
- Deep understanding of blockchain architecture, consensus mechanisms, and layer-1/layer-2 solutions
- Strong grasp of token economics, issuance, distribution, and redemption mechanisms
- Comprehensive knowledge of major blockchain networks
- Solid understanding of smart contract design and security
- Hands-on familiarity with ERC-20, ERC-4626, and ERC-721 token standards
- Experience with stablecoin design, reserve management, and collateralization models
- Knowledge of RWA tokenization frameworks, custody, and settlement mechanisms
- Familiarity with custody solutions and digital asset security best practices
- Strong understanding of DeFi applications, liquidity pools, and ecosystem risks
- Hands-on experience with oracle integrations, price feeds, and off-chain data mechanisms
- Working knowledge of APIs, RPC endpoints, and cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP)

- Knowledge of tokenization frameworks for equities, commodities, or other asset classes
- Experience with governance tokens, DAOs, or community-driven protocols
